Aleksandar Miljkovic is back to Pyunik

We are pleased to announce that Serbian defender Aleksandar Miljkovic has returned to FC Pyunik.

Milkovic is an alumnus of Partizan Belgrade, one of the most titled teams in Serbia, where he won the Serbian championship four times (2008/09, 2010/11, 2011/12 and 2012/13) and the Serbian Cup twice (2008/09 and 2010/11). Miljkovic played in the group stages of the 2010/11 Champions League, 2012/13 Europa League and 2021/22 Conference League for Partizan.

During his career, the 35-year-old footballer also played for the Serbian Teleoptik, Metalac, Portuguese Braga, Croatian Split, Russian Amkar and Polish Miedz Legnica.

In the 2019/20 season, the experienced defender played for Alashkert Yerevan, participating in 14 matches.

In August 2022, Aleksandar Miljkovic moved to Pyunik and played for our team in the group stage of the 2022/23 Conference League. The Serbian defender gradually became one of the key players of our team’s defense. He played his last game for Pyunik on July 27, 2023, against Swedish Kalmar in the framework of the Conference League second round (2:1).

Aleksandar Miljkovic's previous team was Noah Yerevan, for which he played the previous 2 years. In the 2024/25 season, he became the champion and cup winner of Armenia with Noah and also played in the League phase of the Conference League.

Miljkovic also played for the Serbian U19 national team and participated in 5 matches for the Serbian youth national team.
