FC Pyunik has a new player: Greek left back Nikolaos Kainourgios has joined our team.

The 26-year-old footballer previously played in the youth teams of the Greek AOT Alimos and PAS Giannina, as well as in Aittitos Spata and AE Sparta.

In June 2019, Kainourgios moved to Zulte Waregem, playing in the Belgian Pro League (the strongest group), where he played 18 games and scored 2 goals during two seasons.

In October 2021, the Greek footballer continued performing in one of the most titled teams in Romania, Dinamo Bucuresti, for which he participated in 7 matches.

Nikolaos Kainourgios's previous team was the Greek club Kallithea, where he has played since September 2022. In the 2023/24 season, he won the Greek Super League 2 with Kallithea. Last season, Kenourgios played 20 games in the Greek Super League for Kallithea and scored 1 goal.

In 2019, Nikolaos Kainourgios was invited to the Greek U21 national team.
